Where can I host my picnic?
We can set up your picnic at a beach, park, backyard, or even indoors—any location that’s meaningful to you!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us to prepare all the details.
Can the picnic be customized?
Absolutely! We can tailor the decor, menu, and overall experience to match your preferences or special occasion.
How many people can join a picnic?
Our packages are designed for 2 to 8 people, but we can also organize events for larger groups.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Yes, we offer curated menu options, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Let us know your preferences when booking!
What if the weather is bad?
In case of bad weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or find an alternative indoor location.
How long does the picnic last?
The standard duration is 2 hours, but we’re happy to extend the time for an additional fee.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your venue.
How do I book a picnic?
Simply contact us via DM, email, or the booking form on our website. A deposit will be required to secure your date.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 72 hours before your event. Deposits may be non-refundable if canceled too close to the event.
What cleaning and safety measures do you have in place?
All our equipment is disinfected before and after each use, and we follow local regulations to ensure your safety and that of your guests.
How long do I get my picnic?
Your picnic is reserved for two hours. We will charge $75 per hour beyond this time frame. If you would like to leave before your two hours is up, please contact your picnic coordinator.
Do you do Birthday Parties?
Yes. We love a birthday party. We can create custom birthday parties for all ages.
What's the cancellation policy?
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. If the client needs to reschedule they must give 48-hour notice and reschedule on an available date and time.
